WALTER M. ULINSKI, 59, of Upper Freehold Township, formerly of Elmwood Park and Fair Lawn, died Saturday. Before retiring in 1997, he was a commercial printing salesman for Excellent Printing Co., Union. Previously, he was a compositor for the Paterson Evening News, where he worked for 22 years. He also had been publisher of the Elmwood Park Drummer. Arrangements: Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, Elmwood Park.
