Eileen F. (Duffy) Taryla, 70, a lifelong resident of Fair Lawn, NJ passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014. Mrs. Taryla was a parishioner of St. Anne R.C. Church in Fair Lawn. Eileen’s greatest joy in life was her devotion to her family.

Beloved wife of Stanley Taryla. Loving and devoted mother of Michael Taryla and wife Ginny and James Taryla and wife Doreen. Cherished grandmother of Kyle, Caitlyn, Jennifer, Sara, Emily, Trevor, Timothy and Haley. Adored great grandmother of Ellie and Logan. Dear sister of Margaret Mateus, Helen Scarnaty and the late Joseph Duffy. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A funeral mass is planned for Thursday, March 13, 2014, 11:30 AM at St. Anne R.C. Church, 15-05 St. Anne Street, Fair Lawn, NJ. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. The Family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ, 201-797-3500.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Eileen may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
