Patricia Mistretta, 65 of Manchester died Friday July 3rd at home. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 30 years, retiring in 1990 from the practice of Dr. H. Kipiani in Wayne, NJ.

Born in the Bronx, she was raised in Fair Lawn, NJ graduating from Fair Lawn High School in 1961 as an award winning Captain of the Majorettes. She lived in Waldwick, NJ for 26 years before moving to Manchester in 2000. She was a communicant of St John’s Church, Lakehurst.

Surviving is her husband of 43 years, James, three sons and their spouses, James Jr and Lisa of Oakland, NJ, Thomas and Sherry of Imperial, MO, and Daniel of Stanford, CT. She is also survived by her two brothers Doctor Thomas and Jean Ann Driscoll of Brielle, and Charles Driscoll of Newburgh, NY, as well as four sisters Teresa and Ed Racke as well as Susan Palmeri of Manchester, Kathy and Richard Fleet-Smyth and Jane and Herb Garbeil of Lakeland, FL. Visitation is Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday 11:00 AM at St John’s Church, Lakehurst. Cremation is private. In lieu of flowers, please make all memorial donations to St Jude Childrens’ Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
