HELEN E. BEIN MANCINI, 46, of Fair Lawn died Monday. She was a secretary for M & R Electrical Contractors, Wyckoff. She was a parishioner of St. Anne R.C. Church, Fair Lawn, where she taught CCD. She was a group leader for Bergen County Parenting Workshops and a member of the Fair Lawn High School PTA. Surviving are her husband, Ernest Jr.; two sons, Garry and Matthew, and a daughter, Donna, all at home; her mother, Elizabeth Murphy Bein of Fair Lawn; and two sisters, Kathleen Emelo of Ridgefield and Nancy Anderson of West Paterson. Mass will be said Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne Church, with burial in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting will be today and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Vander Plaat Colon ial Home, Fair Lawn.
